The jijiph platform is strictly intended for individuals aged twenty-one (21) years and above in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR's licensing conditions. jijiph does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.
If jijiph becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, the relevant Account will be immediately suspended, all data collected from that individual will be deleted to the extent permitted by law, and the matter will be reported to PAGCOR as required.

As a Data Subject under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to access, correct, delete, object to, and port your personal data as described in Section 16–22 of the DPA.
