These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the jijiph platform, including all games, account features, promotions, and payment services available to Filipino players. Please read them carefully before creating an account.
jijiph accounts are exclusively available to natural persons who are at least 21 years of age and physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and play.
jijiph operates under PAGCOR's Philippine online gaming licensing framework. All games, outcomes, and financial transactions are subject to PAGCOR's regulatory requirements and periodic audits.
All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals on jijiph are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). Foreign currency deposits are not accepted directly.

By accessing, registering on, or using the jijiph platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. Note: jijiph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
The jijiph platform is strictly available to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age threshold is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR's licensing conditions applicable to online gambling platforms. jijiph enforces zero tolerance for underage access.
21+ STRICTLY ENFORCED. Any Account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds held pending investigation, and the matter reported to PAGCOR as required by law. jijiph will cooperate fully with any regulatory or law enforcement inquiry arising from underage access.
The jijiph platform is operated for and directed at players physically located within the Republic of the Philippines. Registration and use of the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is strictly forbidden and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain a jijiph Account:
Each eligible individual may register and maintain only one (1) jijiph Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal information, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances pending investigation.
You represent and warrant that all information provided during Account registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other requested personal details, is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update your Account information to maintain its accuracy. jijiph shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to provide accurate information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. jijiph will not be responsible for any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your credentials. You agree to notify jijiph immediately via our support channels if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account.
jijiph reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account where jijiph has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Account holder has violated any provision of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct has occurred; (c) the Account is being used in connection with illegal activity; or (d) compliance with applicable law or PAGCOR regulations requires such action.
In compliance with PAGCOR's regulations and the Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), as amended, jijiph is required to verify the identity of all Account holders prior to processing withdrawals and at various thresholds of account activity.
Acceptable Philippine identity documents for KYC purposes include, but are not limited to:
jijiph may also request proof of address, source of funds declarations, or other supporting documentation consistent with our AML compliance obligations. Failure to complete the KYC process within the time period specified by jijiph will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality and may result in Account closure.
jijiph accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment channels:
jijiph reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time. All payment methods must be registered in the Account holder's own name.
The minimum deposit amount on jijiph is ₱50 (fifty Philippine Pesos). There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposit amounts may require additional KYC verification.
Deposits made from payment accounts not registered in the Account holder's own name are strictly prohibited. jijiph will suspend any Account where third-party deposits are identified and return funds to the originating account where technically feasible, minus any applicable processing costs.
Withdrawals are available to Account holders who have: (a) completed jijiph's KYC verification process; (b) met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; and (c) complied with all applicable provisions of these Terms.

Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, weekends, or where additional verification is required by jijiph's AML compliance team.
All withdrawals will be processed exclusively to the GCash number, PayMaya number, or bank account registered and verified on the Account holder's jijiph profile. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
Funds in your jijiph Wallet representing real-money deposits (excluding bonus balances subject to wagering requirements) are withdrawable at any time, subject to KYC completion and minimum withdrawal thresholds.
jijiph offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Account holders, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, and VIP tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of each promotion:
Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses issued by jijiph carry a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied.
Different game categories contribute to bonus wagering requirements at different rates. Slot games (excluding branded and jackpot slots) typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino games and table games typically contribute at a lower rate, as specified in individual promotion terms. Sports betting wagers may have separate contribution rules depending on the promotion.
jijiph actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting, arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gambling risk, and the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion. Any Account found engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance and associated winnings voided and may be subject to Account suspension.
Unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms, only one bonus may be active on a jijiph Account at any given time. Depositing while a bonus is active and wagering requirements are outstanding may affect the calculation of the deposit to bonus ratio.
All games available on the jijiph platform — including JILI slots, Pragmatic Play titles, Evolution Gaming live dealer games, and all other game content — are governed by the individual game rules provided by the respective game providers. jijiph incorporates these game rules by reference into these Terms.
All random number generation (RNG) systems used in jijiph's non-live games are independently certified by recognized testing laboratories. Live dealer games are subject to the game provider's own oversight and certification regimes. jijiph represents that, to the best of its knowledge and ability, all games offered on the platform are fair and operate within certified parameters.
Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or software failure that causes a game to display an incorrect outcome, jijiph reserves the right to void the relevant game round and refund the wager amount. jijiph will not honor payouts generated as a result of a technical error, regardless of the displayed amount.

All content on the jijiph platform — including but not limited to the jijiph brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of jijiph or its licensors and is protected under Philippine and international intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jijiph platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform content; modify or create derivative works; reverse-engineer any platform software; or use jijiph's brand assets without express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jijiph and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, game providers, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or any other commercial losses, even if jijiph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jijiph's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit jijiph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
jijiph collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012). By using the jijiph platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at jijiph.app/privacy-policy.
jijiph implements technical and organizational security measures appropriate to the nature and sensitivity of the personal data it holds. These include SSL encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no data transmission over the internet or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and jijiph cannot provide absolute assurance against unauthorized access.
jijiph reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jijiph will provide notice to registered Account holders via the email address or mobile number on record, or via a prominent notice on the platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where changes are required by applicable law or PAGCOR directive, in which case changes may take immediate effect.
Your continued use of the jijiph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure and withdrawal of any available balance by contacting jijiph's support team.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the jijiph platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of any dispute between you and jijiph, you agree to first contact jijiph's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the matter is not resolved within thirty (30) days of your initial complaint, either party may refer the dispute to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable, or to the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
